Roles & Permissions
Each band member has exactly one role. Admins can change member roles at any time.
Admin
Full control — can delete the band, manage members, invite new ones, and edit everything. The band creator is automatically an admin.
Editor
Create and edit setlists, and change rehearsal status.
Viewer
Read-only — can view setlists and use Gig Mode.
Real-Time Editing
When multiple people have the same setlist open, changes are synced in real time.
Update banner
A banner notifies you when someone updates the setlist — e.g. "Daniel updated this setlist" with a "Reload" button to fetch the latest version.
Conflict detection
If you try to save after someone else made changes, a dialog shows the recent changes. You can choose "Reload latest" or "Save anyway".
Rehearsal Tracking
Track the rehearsal status of every song in your band. Editors and admins can change the status:
New
Just added — hasn't been rehearsed yet.
Needs Practice
Not performance-ready yet — needs more rehearsal.
Ready
Performance-ready — good to go for a live show.
Click the colored strip on the right edge of a song card to cycle through statuses (New → Needs Practice → Ready → New). Stats are shown on the band page: "X songs · Y ready · Z practice".
Gig Mode for Bands
In band Gig Mode, one person controls the navigation — everyone else follows automatically.
Band Leader feature
Admins and editors can claim the leader role. The leader controls song navigation — all followers automatically jump to the current song.
Take-over
Another admin or editor can take over leadership with a confirmation. Followers can browse independently and return to the leader's position at any time via a "Return to leader" button.
