Playlist Export

Export your setlists as playlists to Apple Music, YouTube Music, or Tidal.

How Export Works

SetlistBaby can create playlists on streaming platforms from your setlists. Songs are matched by title and artist on each platform.

Each export creates a new playlist on your streaming account. You need to authorize SetlistBaby with your streaming account once — your credentials are never shared with us.

Authorization happens directly through the streaming platform. For YouTube Music and Tidal, you'll be redirected to the provider's sign-in page. For Apple Music, a popup opens directly in your browser.

Supported Platforms

Apple Music

Authorize SetlistBaby via a popup in your browser. The playlist is created directly in your Apple Music library. Requires an active Apple Music subscription.

YouTube Music

You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page. SetlistBaby creates the playlist on your YouTube channel. Works with any Google account — even without YouTube Music Premium.

Tidal

You'll be redirected to Tidal's sign-in page. SetlistBaby creates the playlist directly in your Tidal library. Requires an active Tidal subscription.

Each platform handles song matching slightly differently. If a song isn't found on one platform, it may be available on another.

Pre-Flight Check

Before exporting, SetlistBaby checks which songs can be found on the selected platform. You'll see a preview:

  1. 1

    Green checkmark — Song found

The song was found on the platform and will be added to the playlist.
  2. 2

Red X — Song not found

The song could not be matched. It will be skipped during export. You can search for an alternative directly in the pre-flight check.

Own songs and dividers are automatically skipped. You can proceed with the export even if some songs aren't found.

Pricing

All playlist exports cost €1.99 incl. VAT — one-time per export. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Alternatively, a Premium subscription includes unlimited exports.

Pricing information is current as of launch. Check the pricing page for the latest details.

Troubleshooting

Song not found

The song may have a different title or spelling on the platform. Try editing the title in your setlist to match the platform's version.

Export failed

Re-authorize the streaming service. The permission may have expired, especially if your last export was a while ago.

Rate limits (YouTube)

YouTube limits the number of API requests SetlistBaby can make per day. In rare cases this quota may be exhausted — try again the next day.
