Manage your profile, subscription, and account preferences.

Profile

In the profile settings you manage your personal information.

Your display name is shown in band context and in Gig Mode as the leader. You can change it at any time.

Upload an avatar image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 2 MB). It is displayed in your profile and in the band view.

Your email address is set at registration and shown read-only. The Account ID can be shared with support as a reference.

Choose a display name your bandmates will recognize — it appears everywhere you collaborate.

SetlistBaby is available in English and German. The language is determined by the URL prefix (/en/ or /de/).

Switch language
Use the language switcher on the Settings page or in the landing page header. Your choice is saved as a cookie.

What changes
All UI text, buttons, labels, and menus switch language. The URL changes accordingly (/en/ or /de/).

What stays the same
Your content — song titles, notes, lyrics — stays the same. Only the interface is translated.

You can switch language at any time — no data is lost.

Choose between three display options for the entire app.

Automatically follows your operating system setting (light or dark mode).

Light
Light mode, regardless of system setting.

Dark mode, regardless of system setting.

The setting is stored locally in your browser and takes effect immediately.

SetlistBaby offers a free tier with basic features and a Premium subscription for power users.

Up to 3 setlists, 1 band, and 4 scans per day. Streaming exports cost EUR 1.99 each (incl. VAT).

Unlimited setlists, unlimited bands, unlimited scans, and all streaming exports included. EUR 4.99/month or EUR 49.99/year (incl. VAT).

Payment is handled via Stripe. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings — no minimum commitment.

All prices include VAT.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase.

Songs, setlists, and personal settings are private to your account. Band data is shared only with your band members.

Individual export purchases (for users without Premium) are linked to your email address and accessible via magic links.

SetlistBaby does not sell user data. Your data belongs to you.

Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

All your songs, setlists, band memberships, and personal data are permanently removed.

Other band members keep their own data. Only your membership in the band is removed.

Contact support to request account deletion. All associated data will be removed within 30 days.

If you just need a break, simply log out — your account stays intact until you actively delete it.
